Meet our Nikki who is 10 yrs old 2008

Here Nikki is beside a Beanie Baby just to show you how small Nikki was as a puppy. She was 12 weeks in this photo but we adopted her when she was a 6 week old puppy 10 yrs ago so she was alot smaller than the above photo. She has been the healthiest little "Weenie" all these years. No back problems at all and to this day, she continues to jump off our tall bed (against our wishes). I think we were pretty lucky all the way around !! This little 8 pound, 10 year "Weenie" runs the show around here and no 90 pound Labrador tells her what to do or how to do it. They all respect Nikki, even our big boy Rowdy who happens to be a "Terriorist" himself. Every since we brought Nikki home as a 6 week old puppy, she has slept under our bed covers every day of her life, other than when we leave on vacations. She can dig big holes right alongside our Labradors when the mood strikes her. I am convinced that her and Rowdy are the ones keeping our MOLE population down !!
